Ingredients: Desiccated Coconut Powder, Dry Fruits, Vegan Coconut Milk, Organic Coconut Oil, Sesame Seeds, Sugar
How to Make: Roast the desiccated coconut powder in a pan. Roast dry fruits with coconut oil and sesame seeds. Blend the dry fruit mixture into a powder. Then boil sugar with water to make syrup. Add your roasted coconut powder, dry fruit powder and vegan coconut milk to the sugar syrup. Cook and mix it well. Make delicious ladoos out of the mixture.
Ingredients: Almond flour, Vegan Ghee, Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Rose Water
How to Make:Heat sugar, rose water and cardamom powder in a pan with water. Add and whisk almond flour to it. Then, add Vegan Ghee to the mixture and heat it for 10 minutes. Make a dough and cut it into pieces, Your Badam Barfi is ready!
Ingredients: Vegan Coconut Milk, Cocoa Powder, Powdered Sugar
How to Make:Firstly, you need to keep the vegan coconut milk in your refrigerator overnight. This separates the coconut cream from the coconut water. Run the coconut cream in a mixer. Then add cocoa powder and powdered sugar to it. Whisk the mixture. You can add the leftover coconut water if the mixture seems to be thick. Ta-da! Your favourite vegan dessert is all set to go into the tummy.
Ingredients:Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg Powder, Wheat Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Apples, Sugar, Vegan plant-based oil, Vanilla extract, Lemon Juice, Any Vegan Plant-Based Milk
How to Make:For this vegan dessert, make two separate mixtures. For Mixture No.1- mix whole wheat flour, ground cinnamon, nutmeg powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder. For Mixture No.2- Blend chopped apples with sugar and add any plant-based oil and vanilla extract to it. Pour water and vegan milk (e.g. Soy Milk) and add lemon juice to it. Whisk the mixture.
Then, combine both the mixtures and bake it for about an hour. Cut it into pieces. Your vegan apple cake is ready to be served.
